More polished hardware evident in latest leaked PlayStation Phone images

We've seen numerous leaked shots of the PlayStation Phone, or as it's been called, the Zeus or Xperia Play. As anyone who has worked with prototypes knows, OEMs often tweak them as they approach release, and the PSP is no different.

The latest shots unveiled include Xperia logos and a more polished look than before. The screen shots also indicate the device is now running Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and an R800i model number.

Also, the Square, Triangle, Circle, and X button icons as on a PlayStation's controller, are much clearer in the new images.

The big question is when? It could be unveiled, but perhaps not released, as early as CES, or later at Mobile World Congress in February. The latest rumors seem to point to a March date, however.
