A four-minute video, which was posted on YouTube on Sept. 23 and later removed, has been released by the Pima Community College, subject of the video. It shows Tucson shooting susspect Jared Lee Loughner on campus. at night, commenting on the "genocide school," as he called it.
The video was released to The Los Angeles Times after the paper made a public records request. The video had been cited in campus police records as one of the reasons that college officials suspended Loughner.
On the same day the video was uploaded to YouTube, campus police officers were called to a biology classroom after Loughner began loud outbursts after told by an instructor that Loughner would only receive 1/2 credit if he turned in an assignment late. His strident comments caused the instructor to call campus police.
The video begins,
"All right, here's what we're doing. We're examining the torture of students. We're looking at students who've been tortured."
Later, he adds,
"I lost my freedom of speech to that guy and … this is what happens. And I'm in a terrible place. This is the school that I go to. This is my genocide school, where I'm going to be homeless because of this school. I haven't forgot the teacher that gave me the B for freedom of speech."
At the end of the video, he said,
"All the teachers that you have are being paid illegally and have illegal authority over the Constitution of the United States under the 1st Amendment. This is genocide in America. Thank you. This is Jared from Pima College."
At one point in the video, Loughner's face is reflected in a window. In the campus police report, an officer who saw the video said he "positively recognized the voice and the reflection in the window as student Jared Loughner. That officer was one of those who had removed Loughner from the biology class.
On Sept. 29, 2010, within hours of viewing the video, campus police officers hand-delivered a notice of immediate suspension to Loughner and his father, Randy, at their Tucson home.

Hackers "celebrated" the birthday of North Korean leader Kim Jong-il's heir apparent Kim Jong-un with attacks on the country's Twitter and YouTube accounts. Users of DC Inside, a South Korean Web site, later claimed responsibility for the Twitter hacking, but it is yet unclear who hacked the YouTube Channel.
The first Tweet was sent at 7:20 a.m. Saturday from Uriminzokkiri, the username used by North Korea on Twitter and YouTube. It was followed by three other Tweets, all containing messages against the North Korean regime. The Tweet said:
“Let’s create a new world by driving out rebels Kim Jong-il and his son Kim Jong-un!”
The Twitter hack came a day after the country's YouTube channel was hacked with a two-minute animated video, showing Kim Jong-un driving a sports car, running over people, and saying, “People are useless.”
Meanwhile, on Wednesday, Free North Korea Radio reported that the site of Uriminzokkiri, which is also North Korea's official website, were under cross-scrutiny for failing to prevent prior hacking of the site. The new hacks certainly can't help their prospects for keeping their jobs, and perhaps more.

The question on everyone's lips with regards to this viral video, which first appeared on YouTube and then was removed, is: "this can't be real, can it?" The video, "Baby Yoga with Lena Fokina" (as translated), seems to show a Russian woman swinging a baby by its arms and ankles, over her head, upside down, and more.
The baby does move at 0:10 and 5:10, the beginning and end of the video. That, of course, doesn't mean the whole thing wasn't staged. On the other hand, "Baby Yoga with Lean Fokina" appears on this Russian site, with the following Google Translated information:

That site also adds that Lena Fokina has more than 20 years of experience with infants and children. Gawker also notes it has uncovered more, similar video.
Real or fake? Most believe it's fake, but remember that cultures around the world differ greatly in what they think is safe and not safe. At any rate, although YouTube has removed the video, it's still available on Break, so take a look below, and decide for yourself.
Jared Lee Loughner, 22, is in custody after the horrific shooting incident in Tucson, AZ on Saturday morning. What's interesting in the new age of the Internet, is that in these events, people can head for social media sites to gain a sense for what a person might have been thinking, and such is the case with Loughner.
In the shooting incident, Congresswoman Gabrielle "Gabby" Giffords (D-AZ) , wife of NASA shuttle astronaut Mark Kelly, was shot, along with 17 others. So far six are confirmed dead, but Giffords remains in critical condition.
Jared Lee Loughner's MySpace page has reportedly been taken down. Similarly, his Facebook page has been taken down. However, he has a YouTube channel, and it is still up. The channel has already drawn the attention of the media, and will likely garner attention from the authorities.
His videos aren't really videos, but really text displayed on a black screen, with Loughner's thoughts. The videos show Loughner as a disturbed individual, one who believes in government mind control, that the residents of his congressional district, District 8, were mostly illiterate, and more.
In one of his videos, titled Introduction: Jared Loughner, the video begins with the statement that these are his final thoughts. They come across as the rantings of a lunatic. Read that "manifesto," and watch the videos below.

A YouTube video of a homeless man has given him a second chance at life. Ted Williams (not THAT Ted Williams) has been given a job, and a home, he said as he appeared on local Columbus, OH radio station WNCI.
"The Cleveland Cavaliers just offered me a full-time job and a house! A house! A house!"
A caller to the show said she represented the Cleveland Cavaliers, and offered Williams, 71, a full-time job doing voice-over work for the team and its parent company, as well as a free home in Cleveland.
The video went viral after it was posted by the local newspaper the Columbus Dispatch on Monday. The story centered around Williams and his dulcet tones, which Williams claimed, in his sign asking for help, were a "God-given gift of voice."
Indeed, listening to his voice, one can imagine him being on radio or TV, and others noticed it, too. Reportedly, even MTV, ESPN, and NFL Films were looking for Williams. Kevin McLoughlin, director of post-production films for the National Football League said:
"My boss said to me: 'If you don't get him hired, you're fired.'"
One has to wonder if Williams took the Cavs offer to quickly; there may be something better out there.
What happened to Williams to bring him to his homeless state? He admitted it was:
“Alcohol and drugs - and a few other things - became a part of my life, and I've got two years clean.”
Williams is scheduled to appear on the TODAY Show with Matt Lauer. We wish him well, and hope that the attention he is getting does not bring him back to the dark shadows that led him to his current, or rather, past, state.
